What do you prefer for url shortener?

I am currently working on improving my http://smaii.com url shortener

I wonder what do you prefer for redirecting the url shortener:

Start page:
Safe: the user can view a quick preview before visiting the page. This way you cannot shorten some Gore, or disgusting things and publish it on Facebook.

Redirect bar:
Redirect bar is neat because it takes you to the page right away, but there is a black bar at the top of the page which can be removed.

Or is it better to get an immediate redirect, similar to that of bitly?
