Just the Facts:The 570-horsepower 2014 Porsche Panamera Turbo S starts at $181,295, reflecting a $5,020 price increase over the 2013 model.A new 2014 Porsche Panamera Turbo S Executive model, which will make its world debut at the 2013 Tokyo Auto Show, starts at $201,495.The Turbo S Executive model's price tag can inflate to $250,000 or more with the addition of such options as $9,900 custom paint and $1,555 door sills with a personalized inscription.

ATLANTA — The 570-horsepower 2014 Porsche Panamera Turbo S starts at $181,295, including a $995 destination charge, reflecting a $5,020 price increase over the 2013 model. The Turbo S models will arrive in U.S. showrooms early next year.

A new 2014 Porsche Panamera Turbo S Executive model starts at $201,495, including shipping. The Executive model is a long-wheelbase version of the car that has been stretched by 6 inches. This model will make its world debut at the 2013 Tokyo Auto Show. The Executive model targets the BMW 7 Series and Mercedes-Benz S-Class, as well as the long-wheelbase version of the Audi A8.

The Executive model gets thermal and noise-insulated windows with privacy glazing, an interior lighting package designed for the rear seats and a large rear center console as standard. Porsche said it also features all of the driving dynamics control systems available for the model range as standard. They include Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus.

The Turbo S Executive model's price tag can inflate to $250,000 or more with the addition of such options as $9,900 custom paint and $1,555 door sills with a personalized inscription. Leather-wrapped door sills add another $2,920 to the base price.

"A 50-horsepower increase in power compared to the Panamera Turbo engine has been achieved through specific revisions to a number of components," said Porsche in a statement. "Porsche is now using two new turbochargers with larger compressors in the Panamera Turbo S model."

The 2013 Porsche Panamera Turbo S starts at $176,275, including a $975 destination charge. Porsche Cars North America raised the destination price on the Panamera Turbo S by $20 for the new model year.

Edmunds says: The 2014 Porsche Panamera Turbo S Executive model not only competes with the obvious rivals, but also makes a run at the Bentley Flying Spur and the Rolls-Royce Ghost.
