Foundation Financial Group has been named one of 100 Best Companies to Work For. The fifth annual Best Companies list appears in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine, with companies ranked in small, medium, and large employer categories.

The Best Companies to Work For in Florida program was created by Florida Trend and Best Companies Group. The HR Florida State Council endorses the program. Participating companies or government entities had to have been in operation for at least one year and had to employ at least 15 Florida workers.
“Florida Trends Best Companies coverage this year is simple and direct: We went to the employees and asked them to tell us what they like most about working where they work,” said Mark Howard, executive editor. “The responses are illuminating. Some of them highlight innovative perks, benefits and incentives, while others reveal how these top companies communicate effectively with their employees and empower every worker to make decisions. Foundation Financial Group and other participants underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group determined the final rankings and managed the registration, survey, and analysis.
